A Tasting Tour of Cheese
Goat Lady Dairy, Climax, NC – 6:30pm

Join us for an evening to taste and learn about the many different varieties of cheeses made right here at GOAT LADY DAIRY.   Lead cheesemaker & head of sales Alexander Kast will guide you through all the distinctive types of cheeses we make, including fresh, smoked, mold ripened, and aged goat and cow milk cheeses.  We will explain the basics behind cheese making, describe what makes each variety of cheese unique and tell the story of how we developed each cheese. You will have a chance to taste special cheeses matured just for this unique event!

The Greensboro Farmers Curb Market will host the annual Spring Plant Sale on Sunday, April 17th from 9 am to 2 pm. The event will have plants, tools and crafts for the patio gardener to budding urban farmer.

Greensboro Farmers Curb Market – 8am to 11:30am

An event honoring southern favorites staples, grits with a side of blues! We will serve Old Mill of Guilford grits with a variety of savory and sweet toppings from market vendors including shrimp from George Smith’s NC Seafood, bacon, sausages, kale, scallions, spring onions, butter, cheese, garlic scapes, and honey.

Herb Festival
Piedmont Triad Farmers Market – 8am to 5pm on Saturday and 9am to 5pm on Sunday
