Bliss & Co. Downtown has invited the Greensboro Farmers Curb Market to join them during August’s First Friday. Say hi to regular vendors such asMassey Creek Farms and PTB Farm. There will be samples provided by Tea Huggerand local honey from Quaker Acres Apiaries. Bliss & Co. is located at 238 S. Elm Street on the corner of Elm and Washington Streets. Come down and enjoy the festivities this Friday!

Join us for BLT tastings crafted by chef Michael from UNDERCURRENT, chef Brendan from The WORX, Team GFCM Steve Caldwell and Mary Lacklen, and chef Brian from Emma Key’s. Plus sampling of a pork belly with tea rub from Massey Creek Farms and Tea Hugger. Chef John Jones ofThe Next Supper, will be on hand to talk all things bacon. $5 per plate. While supplies last, first come first served. Tomato tasting includes several varieties of summer’s favorite fruit from market vendors: Yellow Pear, Better Boy, Cherokee Purple, Sweet 100, Sun Gold, and more. Music by Buddy Rowe Bandfrom 8AM til 9:45 AM, followed by The Aldermans til 11 AM on the lawn.
